Couples

Whether you are a new couple or you are a long-term couple who is suffering from disconnectedness and conflicts weighing down your relationship, I will hold a supportive and non-judgemental space for you to explore your feelings, needs and goals together, so that you may forge a deeper and healthier relationship with each other.

Here's what you can expect in your couple's coaching sessions: 

• Guidance through challenging/sensitive conversations and dynamics

• Assist you two to deepen your understanding of each other

• Learn how to ask for what you need and want from each other

• Develop and practice healthy boundaries with each other

• Transform conflict into connection and move past getting stuck in the same arguments

• Develop tools to deepen trust and emotional safety with each other

• Communication tools to navigate sensitive topics successfully with each other

• Develop empathy skills towards each other

• Help you navigate sensitive and/or heated conversations in a way that maintains calm, respect, kindness, and feels healing and is actually restorative. 

• Support, encouragement, and fresh perspective to fuel your connection with each other

The communication tools we use are based on psychology and neurology and take into consideration the world of conflict resolution, attachment theory, and trauma research.
