Cancellation and Refund Policy

• All cancellations and rescheduling for private sessions must be made in writing via email to:

• In the case of emergency for prepaid sessions: Cancellations within 48 hours of the actual session will be refunded 100% minus the processing fee of 5%.  
• In non-emergency cases, rescheduling/cancellations less than 48 hours are subject to $55 non-refundable and non-transferable fee.
• All unredeemed sessions are cancelled after two weeks and the client forfeits the session/s.  

Group Workshop Reservations:

• Up to 2 weeks before the workshop, we refund tuition 100% - less $50.00 administration fee.
• Between 1 week and 2 weeks before the 1st day of class, 50% refunded - less $50.00 administration fee.
• Less than 1 week - no refunds.
